Our Trip to Utah

Monday morning we left with Michelle, Nicole, Weston and Mckay to go to Rexburg, Idaho to see Kevin. We arrived in Rexburg around 4:30 in the evening. We went out to dinner and then we went swimming and then we went to bed for the evening. On Tuesday, we checked out of the hotel and then did some sight seeing. Kevin took us up to the see the new Rexburg Temple. It is a beautiful building.



After seeing the temple we drove around to see some of the new homes being built in Rexburg. They were very beautiful and large homes. Then we went to lunch. After lunch we drove to St. Anthony to see Memorial Park. This is a very pretty park on the Snake River. It was in a fork on the river and was very quite and peaceful.



They must have know that Nicole was coming because they had special accommodations for her.


After the park we went out to the sand dunes near St. Anthony. It was amazing and the kids had such a fun time playing on the dunes.



From there we went back to Rexburg to see the Botanical Gardens. They were really beautiful. We then went out to dinner with everyone plus a friend of Kevin's. We headed back to Saratoga Springs and arrived back about 11:00 p.m. We had a fun and enjoyable day. It was fun to see Kevin and the places we visited. The trip to Rexburg was a great success.
